You must first pay for a hosting account from ourselves, then click on the apply now button below. Once this button is clicked, you will be taken to the application form for the migration sevice. You must supply the URL to your Cpanel control panel along with your login credentials and some other details. Once our migration experts get these details, they will carry out a test migration leaving the files completely intact on the old server.

Once the tests are sucessfully complete, we will inform you, and if you have control over your own domain, we then ask you to make some changes to redirect the domain to the new server. If we maintain your domain name, then we will do this change for you (also free of charge).

Not only do we ensure that this whole process happens smoothly and that everything works as it should once the process is complete, we also plan every detail very carefully to limit the downtime to an absolute minimum. We plan the whole process to happen at your websites quietest times (usually around midnight in which ever country the majority percentage of your viewers come from).
